Aristocratic vampires known as the Death Dealers. Barbaric werewolves known as the Lycan (originally bred by the vampires to be slaves and protectors of the vampire clan). The first movie is about a werewolf hybrid, Michael, being hunted by Lucien (leader of the Lycan) who believes the hybrid's blood will save their species. . Our heroine Selene is torn between saving her kind or saving Michael. In Evolution we find out about the origins and secrets of their bloodline. Rise of the Lycans we actually see how it all began. The Lycan's fight for freedom and Sonja (vampire king Viktor's daughter) and Lucien's forbidden love. I understand there will be a fourth film. Can't wait.
